Synagie Launches Geene 2.0 With 12 Founding Partners to Build a Trusted AI Commerce Ecosystem

Synagie, the digital commerce arm of Hong Kong-listed Synagistics Limited, launched Geene 2.0 on July 22, 2026, in Singapore. The SaaS platform integrates AI, data, media, commerce, and blockchain capabilities through twelve founding partners including BytePlus, SingData, and FLY Entertainment. At its core is the ASSET intelligence engine, which orchestrates five interconnected layers—from data transformation and AI-driven strategy recommendations to multilingual content generation, workflow automation, and blockchain-backed verification. The platform has already been commercially deployed for AGONG Durian, a premium Malaysian brand using blockchain tagging from partner DU-MAS. Geene 2.0 will be commercially available in early August 2026, with adoption supported by Singapore's NTUC Company Training Committee grant covering up to 70% of implementation costs. Synagie aims to help enterprises move beyond fragmented AI tools toward a trusted, scalable ecosystem that delivers measurable business outcomes.
Synagie Launches Geene 2.0 With 12 Founding Partners to Build a Trusted AI Commerce Ecosystem

Synagie, the digital commerce and technology brand of Synagistics Limited (HKEX: 2562), has officially launched Geene 2.0, a software-as-a-service platform designed to unify fragmented artificial intelligence tools into a single, trusted commerce intelligence ecosystem. The announcement was made in Singapore on July 22, 2026, with Senior Minister of State Desmond Tan attending as the guest of honor alongside more than 200 business leaders, partners, and customers.

The platform is co-developed by twelve founding partners spanning data, AI, commerce, media, and blockchain. Notable names include BytePlus, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance; SingData, a regional data analytics firm; and FLY Entertainment, a major media and talent agency. Other founding partners include China Mobile International, the International Brand Centre, and DU-MAS, a blockchain tagging specialist that is already using the platform to trace premium Malaysian durians under the AGONG Durian brand.

Geene 2.0 aims to solve a persistent problem for enterprises: AI tools for content generation, analytics, and workflow automation often operate in silos, making it difficult to convert intelligence into measurable business outcomes while maintaining strong governance. The platform integrates these capabilities through a proprietary engine called ASSET, which orchestrates five interconnected intelligence layers—transforming data into insights, recommending AI-driven strategies, generating multilingual content, automating commerce operations, and verifying products and claims through blockchain-backed traceability.

Pei Gy Wong, Chief Digital Officer of Synagie Group Asia and Europe, said the next phase of AI leadership will not belong to companies with the largest models but to those that build the greatest trust. "Businesses do not need more AI tools. They need AI they can trust to make better decisions, execute with confidence and deliver measurable business outcomes," she said. "Geene 2.0 reflects our belief that the future of enterprise AI lies in collaboration."

The platform has already moved beyond concept into commercial deployment. AGONG Durian, a premium durian brand from Malaysia, is using Geene 2.0 to combine AI-powered market intelligence, content creation, commerce automation, and blockchain verification in a real-world business environment. The same framework can be applied across industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, and luxury products, where authenticity and compliance are increasingly critical.

Commercial availability is scheduled for early August 2026. To accelerate adoption, Synagie is working with the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore. Through the Company Training Committee grant, eligible companies can receive up to 70% funding support for projects that drive business transformation, job redesign, skills development, and productivity improvements. Synagie is also collaborating with the Singapore Industrial and Services Employees' Union to strengthen AI readiness for its workforce, including professionals, managers, and executives.

The launch positions Singapore at the center of a broader shift in enterprise AI across Asia. As businesses move away from standalone applications, Geene 2.0 offers a coordinated ecosystem that combines intelligence, execution, and verifiable outcomes on a single platform. Synagie believes this approach will define the next generation of responsible AI innovation for enterprises.
